Shipping policy


Effective Date: July 13, 2026

At Expressions Printing and Graphics, every order is carefully prepared before shipment. Because many of our products are custom-made, processing time depends on the product, quantity, artwork approval, and production requirements.

Order Processing

Production begins after we receive:

  • Full payment or required deposit

  • Final artwork and order details

  • Customer approval

  • Any required garments or materials

Estimated completion and shipping times will be provided when your order is confirmed. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package size, weight, destination, and selected delivery method. Any available shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout or included in your quote.

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, the customer will receive a tracking number after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be redirected or reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please contact us promptly if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost. Keep all products and packaging and provide clear photographs when reporting damage.

We will assist with the carrier claim when possible, but carrier delays and confirmed deliveries are subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.
