File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines


Send Us the Best Quality Artwork

Good artwork helps us produce cleaner prints, sharper details, and more accurate colors. Before submitting your file, please review the guidelines below.

Preferred File Types

We recommend sending:

  • PNG

  • PDF

  • AI

  • EPS

  • SVG

For PNG files, please use a transparent background whenever possible.

Image Quality

Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final printing size. Low-resolution images, screenshots, or images downloaded from social media may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

Transparent Background

For DTF, DTG, screen printing, stickers, and decals, remove the background unless it is part of the design.

A white background in your file may print as a white box around the artwork.

Artwork Size

Please submit your design at the actual size you want printed. Let us know the preferred width, height, and placement.

Examples:

  • Left chest

  • Full front

  • Full back

  • Sleeve

  • Hat or cap

  • Banner or sign

Fonts and Text

Convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG files. This helps prevent missing or changed fonts.

Please also check all names, numbers, dates, phone numbers, and spelling carefully.

Colors

Colors may appear slightly different between your screen and the finished product. Screen brightness, garment color, material, ink, and printing method can affect the final result.

For specific brand colors, provide Pantone, CMYK, RGB, or HEX color codes when available.

Artwork Review and Design Help

We will review your file before production. If the artwork needs resizing, background removal, cleanup, redrawing, or color adjustment, an artwork fee may apply.

We also offer logo design and artwork preparation services for customers who need professional help.

Final Approval

Customers are responsible for approving the final design, spelling, colors, size, and placement before production begins.

Once approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
